Let’s get hot on the heels of the latest Milan Design Fair!
The famous Brera District showcased some major talent such as chairs by Capallini.
There was a strong surge in the use of bold and complex geometrics with splashes of Burgundy (the nicer shade!) almost taking us back to the 70’s and 80’s.
There were lollipop geometric lights and stone is a huge factor in what’s coming through.
The trade shows in Cologne and Maison and Objet fair in France, showed concrete flooring with pebble inserts and the lighting trend leaning toward a lot of circles!
The furniture side of things showed sofas without legs that were low to the ground.
The colour chart? Well, it seems pale pink and spearmint are our new friends!
Some of the showcase pieces included Lava pendants by Timothy Oulton and the ultra fab Salvatori shower heads. So cool!
